Michael is a Litigation Partner at Carson LLP, focusing on commercial litigation, premises liability, municipal liability, products liability, transportation and construction losses, and estate and trust litigation. He has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Indiana Supreme Court.
Previously, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in St. Joseph County, Indiana, handling bench and jury trials and working on the Drug, Alcohol, and Firearm Team and the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (F.A.C.T.).
He brings a thoughtful, thorough approach to every matter he handles. With deep experience in commercial transactions and utility-related legal work, he serves as a trusted advisor to energy companies, infrastructure developers, and business clients across the region. Michael earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law (2012) and his B.A. from DePauw University (2009). He is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
