Brendan is an Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team, specializing in corporate law, complex litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2024, where he was a top advocate on the nation’s #1 Moot Court team and received multiple awards, including semi-finalist in the 2023 Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition.
His experience includes working in the Michigan Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel and handling communications for national political campaigns, providing him with the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes legal matters. He also holds a B.S. cum laude in Legal Studies from Ball State University (2021), with minors in Economics and Political Science.
Brendan is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Allen County Bar Association.
His advocacy skills have been recognized through multiple Moot Court awards, distinguishing him as a top competitor on a nationally ranked team. His background in government and political communications has further refined his ability to handle complex legal and regulatory challenges.
