Stefan is a Trust and Estate attorney at Carson LLP with over 27 years of legal experience, focusing on estate planning, trust administration, and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has provided comprehensive legal counsel in these areas while also handling cases in real estate, litigation, family law, torts, and criminal defense.
He began his career in private practice, spending 22 years as an attorney and managing partner at a prominent Indiana law firm before transitioning to the financial sector, where he served as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Advisor at PNC Private Bank, specializing in estate planning and trust management.
Stefan earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1997 and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Telecommunications from Indiana University (1994). He is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
