He has extensive experience in public and private contract negotiation, claims, risk management, and business matters, drafting and negotiating development, design, and construction agreements for projects including multi-tenant buildings, mixed-use developments, historic renovations, commercial warehouses, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, and more.
