As Carson’s Managing Partner, Jeremy oversees the firm’s steady growth and manages the operation of the Firm. As a practitioner, Jeremy has significant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and leads a team of attorneys focused on M&A transactions. In addition to advising clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, Jeremy regularly advises clients on corporate governance and transactional matters. Jeremy’s experience spans multiple industries, including consumer, retail, automotive, industrial, real estate, construction and medical.

Jeremy also devotes a substantial amount of his practice to work in the construction industry. Jeremy represents contractors, owners, developers, suppliers, engineers, and architects in all aspects of construction law, including public contracts, private contract negotiation, claims, risk management and other general business matters. Jeremy drafts and negotiates a full range of development, design and construction agreements. Types of projects include multi-tenant buildings, mixed-use buildings, historic building renovation, retail buildings, office buildings, large commercial warehouses, industrial buildings, prisons, schools and hospitals.
