Mitchell Walczynski is an Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team, focusing on civil defense litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and trucking/transportation litigation. With a strong background in law enforcement, he served as a probation officer in Porter County, Indiana, for 13 years before transitioning into legal practice.
He earned his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2019 and his B.S. with Distinction in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Northwest in 2007. Mitchell is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his sons, watching the Chicago Bears and Indiana University basketball, and reading.
