Mitchell Walczynski is an Associate on the Litigation Team at Carson LLP, where he focuses his practice on a wide range of civil defense matters. With a strong background in personal injury, medical malpractice, and trucking/transportation litigation, Mitchell is committed to delivering second-to-none legal services to his clients.

Mitchell is a proud graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2019. Prior to practicing law, Mitchell served as a probation officer in Porter County, IN for 13 years.

When Mitch is not practicing law, he enjoys hiking with his sons, watching the Chicago Bears or Indiana University basketball, and immersing himself in a good book.
