Kevin is a Partner on Carson’s Commercial Litigation Team. He works closely with businesses of all sizes to develop and execute legal strategies for resolving in their early stages, from initial filing through trial, and on appeal. Kevin has broad experience partnering with clients facing complex business and civil disputes, including breach of contract and breach of warranty, business torts, debtor-creditor disputes, sales and commission agreements, covenants not to compete, and real estate disputes. His broad commercial litigation experience includes numerous trials in state and federal court, both to the bench and to juries, and argument before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

An Ohio native, Kevin began his career in Fort Wayne at a national law firm, where he worked as a litigation associate and later a partner for over a decade. He gained deep experience representing Fortune 100 companies in the financial services and agricultural sectors throughout Indiana and around the country. Before joining Carson, Kevin also spent five years managing a solo litigation practice, where he continued representing Northeast Indiana businesses. Drawing from his experience as a business owner, Kevin brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each matter he handles.

Kevin has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers® “Rising Star” and a Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch.” He was named in the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly “Forty Under 40” and is a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy.

Outside of work, Kevin is active in his church community and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
