With over ten years of experience in the real estate realm, Kathryn is able to work closely with clients on all facets of their related matters. She is able to navigate complex legal issues for individuals, businesses, and municipalities as well as negotiate and facilitate property transfers from inception to closing. Kathryn routinely works with title companies, bank personnel, and municipal bodies to draft necessary documents and to find solutions for pressing needs. She can provide guidance on various issues such as easements, eminent domain, variances, zoning, quiet title actions, lease agreements, and real property acquisitions and sales.
Kathryn is a licensed title insurance agent, trained civil mediator, and registered family law mediator. She currently serves on the boards of the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana, Little Blessings Childcare Ministry, and the Lafontaine Arts Council.
Kathryn graduated Cum Laude from Manchester University in 2010 and from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2013. She and her family reside in Huntington, Indiana. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, running, music and theater, and spending quality time with family.
