Jon’s practice encompasses transactional and business litigation for clients ranging from small, closely held companies to large, publicly traded ones. He focuses on business and corporate law, commercial litigation, contracts, distribution, intellectual property and products liability. He has acted as general counsel for companies in the service, manufacturing and distribution industries in Northeast Indiana and beyond.

Jon has litigated in 16 states and eight federal districts. In the last 38 years, he has developed an expertise in the swimming pool and spa industries by representing local industry manufacturers and distributors. He represents companies in state and federal courts throughout the country.
