Erin Beaty is an Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team, where she focuses her practice on civil defense litigation. With a strong background in Family Law and Insurance Defense, Erin has been actively litigating cases since graduating from law school in 2018. She is committed to ensuring that every client is treated fairly, with compassion and respect.

Erin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in May 2018 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Erin believes that compassion, fairness, and a personal touch are essential to effective legal advocacy. She draws on her broad legal experience to think strategically, approach cases with careful attention to detail, and develop practical, solution-oriented strategies for her clients.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and stepson, playing online games, and hobby photography.
