Amanda is an Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team, specializing in Personal Injury, Trucking Litigation, and Insurance Coverage Disputes. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2022, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, competed in Mock Trial, and participated in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. Additionally, she gained hands-on legal experience as a student clinician in the Housing Clinic.

Since beginning her practice, Amanda has developed a strong interest in data privacy and cybersecurity, helping clients define their information needs, protect sensitive data, and create incident response plans. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Her passion for insurance law earned her the Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law and first place in the Insurance and Indemnity Section of the State Bar of Michigan’s annual essay competition.
Amanda takes a detail-oriented and proactive approach to litigation, ensuring her clients are well-prepared and protected. She is dedicated to strategic advocacy and staying ahead of emerging legal trends, particularly in insurance and data privacy law.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys running, practicing yoga, and cooking her way through the Half Baked Harvest Cookbook.

Amanda is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. With a strong foundation in litigation and a passion for evolving areas of law, she looks forward to continuing to advocate for her clients and expanding her expertise in insurance and data privacy law.
