Amanda, an Associate on Carson’s Litigation Team, specializes in Personal Injury, Trucking Litigation, and Insurance Coverage Disputes. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Michigan State College of Law in 2022, Amanda distinguished herself as Senior Articles Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, a Mock Trial competitor, a student clinician in the Housing Clinic, and a participant in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. Her passion for insurance law earned her the Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law and first place in the Insurance and Indemnity Section of the State Bar of Michigan’s annual essay competition. Since starting her practice, Amanda has become passionate about helping clients define their information needs, protect the information they’ve collected, and create incident response plans in the event of a data incident. Amanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
When Amanda is not in the office, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and cooking her way through the Half Baked Harvest Cookbook.
