Jeremy focuses his practice on personal injury defense, as well as civil litigation involving government entities, medical malpractice, civil rights, insurance coverage, workers’ compensation, and general liability. His litigation experience extends to handling cases through the appellate process, ensuring comprehensive representation for his clients.

He is an active legal educator and speaker, contributing to CLE seminars, law enforcement training, and employment law discussions, and he also is committed to delivering strategic and thorough legal representation, using his litigation and appellate experience to advocate effectively for his clients. He has presented on topics such as medical evidence, employment discrimination, and workers’ compensation.

Jeremy is deeply involved in autism advocacy, having previously served as President of the Monroe County Autism Foundation and having held leadership roles with the Autism Society of Indiana and the Indiana Autism Coalition.
