- Our Summer Associate Curriculum provides 1L and 2L students the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to produce the highest quality legal work. Throughout our rigorous 12-week curriculum, we strive to integrate each individual seamlessly into our Firm’s culture and work environment, experience law with a hands-on approach, and get a glimpse of life at Carson by attending social events with fellow attorneys, our team and clients. If you qualify for the curriculum, you’ll be paired with one of our attorneys who will act as your advisor, guiding you through any questions about the firm, Fort Wayne or your future career.
