Zack is an Associate on the Business Team at Carson. Zack’s practice concentrates primarily on Business Organizations, Corporate Governance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. However, Zack has also found success in building rapport with Indiana Utilities and advising on various regulatory matters.

As the grandson of the proprietors of a family-owned and operated gas service station in northern Indiana, Zack has firsthand experience with the needs of Indiana businesses. Zack credits his grandparents for instilling in him the fierce work ethic and the grit required to get things done. Prior to attending law school in Boston, Massachusetts, Zack served as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural China teaching English to university students. Zack has cultivated a readiness to adapt to any situation through the diverse experiences he has had throughout the world in Cambodia, China, Dominican Republic, France, Spain, and Italy.

When he is not practicing law, Zack enjoys reacquainting himself with various landmarks throughout his Hoosier homeland alongside his high-school-sweetheart-now wife and young son. Outside of the office, you are likely to run into Zack at a local home improvement store buying supplies for his next project or on a local course attempting to locate his golf ball in the rough.
