Faith is a Partner at Carson LLP, focusing her practice on bankruptcy and corporate litigation.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2019, where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Review and was a recipient of the Leadership Honors Program Scholarship.

Faith has been appointed to serve as a Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustee. She is actively engaged in the legal community, currently serving as Vice President of the Allen County Bar Association and as Chair of its Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Section. She is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Council.

Faith brings a responsive, practical, and understanding approach to every matter. She listens closely to what her clients are trying to achieve and builds a strategy around those goals rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Knowing how daunting bankruptcy and corporate litigation can be, she works to demystify the process for businesses and individuals alike, so her clients understand their options and feel confident at each level of the process.

Faith is admitted to practice in the Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and two dogs. Faith also enjoys local theatre, as both a sponsor and participant.
