Andrew is an Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team, focusing on commercial litigation, municipal law, regulatory law, personal injury, and real estate disputes.

He earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2024, where he served as Executive Editor of the MSU International Law Review and competed on the MSU Mock Trial Team. He also had the privilege of delivering the 2024 Commencement Speech at graduation.

Andrew’s experience includes advising cannabis industry clients through high-stakes commercial litigation and business disputes; navigating complex state and federal regulatory frameworks to secure business approvals and licensure; representing business and real estate clients before state and municipal tribunals; negotiating land use approvals with municipal authorities; and resolving business and personal injury matters through settlement.

He is admitted to practice in Michigan and Illinois and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Detroit Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Andrew combines sharp advocacy with strategic business counsel, guiding clients through complex commercial, regulatory, and municipal matters with meticulous preparation and sound judgment. His legal strategy consistently aligns with each client’s business objectives.

When he’s not in the office or at court, you can find Andy out on the water in the summer, cross-country skiing in the winter, and golfing whenever he can find the time.
